Work Experience
Content Designer
8am / Affinipay
Applied psychological AI design principles to leverage user mental models, re-architecting the product's navigation to align with professional accountant workflows. Way-finding was optimized through the production of comprehensive sitemaps and wireframes, which eliminated navigational friction and clarified user paths. This was supported by rapid prototyping of navigation structures, content hierarchy, and overall information architecture strategy.

Senior Content Designer
Rocket Mortgage
I shipped customer-facing UI content, content hierarchies, information architectures, and user flows across key features including payments, escrow, digital dashboards, and client acquisition. I led cross-functional collaboration to establish a clear UX direction at both the feature and product level, and partnered with cross-disciplinary teams to leverage, position, and evolve the use of AI within client-facing UI. Throughout, I applied and upheld accessibility guidelines and inclusive design principles.
December 2019 - July 2025
Copywriter
Daniel Brian Advertising
I led concept development through end-delivery of marketing materials for clients across industries including food service, healthcare, and insurance. I collaborated with client marketing teams to define the scope of creative briefs, craft engaging copy, and evaluate the effectiveness of content and concepts. My work included creating SEO materials for digital channels and producing design deliverables across traditional, digital, and social media platforms. I also coached voiceover talent to ensure creative deliverables met the intended tone and quality.
