As the sole and lead content designer for Rocket Mortgage's servicing team for nearly six years, I've led content across some of the most complex areas in mortgage servicing—Payments, Escrow, Transferred and Acquired Loans, and Private Mortgage Insurance. I believe great content design makes the complicated feel simple, and I bring that philosophy to every project I touch.
