In 2019, the opportunity to pursue a career in UX writing and content design was the push that got the ball rolling. And those days when I first dove into the discovery of my first feature project for our client experience, that was my metaphorical light bulb clicking on — shining a light.

That light illuminated the unsurprising: I didn't just have the education, instincts, and creative thinking to be excellent in my role; I loved it, I felt blood-coursing passion for it, and I couldn't believe it had taken me so long to find it.
